Deputies say an 18-year-old Perinton resident was arrested after an investigation into physical contact with a 16-year-old.
[REDACTED], 18, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly had physical contact with a 16-year-old female.
He was arraigned in Marion Town Court.
